Is Sprint's wireless Internet service reliable?

I just subscribed to a wireless Internet service * for my laptop a month ago and I am completely satisfied. It is not only slower than what the company promised, but I also disconnected every 15-30 minutes and it is embarrassing. Their customer service and are nuts. I have contacted several times but I hold for about 15-60 minutes on each call. They told me they will remember, but they did not. So now I'm planning to get a Sprint wireless Internet connection, but I want make sure it is reliable in terms of speed and connectivity (ie will not stop so often). For those who have tried Sprint's wireless Internet service if Please share your experience:) Thanks in advance. * PS: Can you guess what ISP wireless which I speak? : D
