How can you launch a class action against a large company?
DO NOT REPLY if you have actualle legal knowledge. Verizon is not over false advertising "unlimited broadband access for a flat monthly rate. I registered in response to the advertisement, and in the shop vendors also used the words "unlimited" but they sent me a letter stating that they disconnect me next month because, "The terms and conditions do not allow Internet browsing, email and intranet access …. Streaming and downloading movies or video prohibitted are. "They argue my use is too high. They are canceling my service, no refund my purchase arrangement, the more I purchased a $ 1,000 laptop (elsewhere) to go with this card wireless internet and now I have to find a new supplier, and it seems unlikely I'll find a wireless service that is as fast, making the laptop useless for me. They are screwing people around the country. How can we all together and return to these bastards legally?
